Reports are he could not even remember the names of his cabinet.

In his defense, he probably had little say in who his Cabinet members were. I’m sure they were placed there by the puppet masters.

2 he does not know why anyone was pardoned
3 he did not sign the pardons
4 he and Jill lied about his mental and physical competence
5 the so called “pardons” were unusual and without precedence
