Possibly not but maybe he would not be a SGT if others had not left after ATL hung those other officers out to dry.... Given the size of ATLs police department, I would imagine making SGT is not terribly difficult either...

Oh, absolutely no doubt... Ill go further, if she hadn't been cuffed, pulled a firearm and was shot by a white officer, I would bet the ATL would be on fire...
It is one of the reasons I no longer care about black's encounters with LE, especially in major cities...
