3 man Sniper teams with a well-trained marksman, spotter and security/commo/look-out/ ammo bearer. All planned out. One shot, leave the scene - leave town would be better.
Wouldn't take much. Once the ANTIFA operatives realize that they were being picked off by long range sniper fire, they would panic and disperse.
It might be tough to do it more than once, because the FBI would be on the case right away, and they have marvelous technology at their disposal. So, you'd need more than one or two Teams, and you'd need everybody to disperse far and wide and never communicate ever again about the operation.

Facebook, Twitter, & Instagram have already said that they will shut down communication between groups THEY DEEM dangerous in the event of Civil unrest.
