Let's suppose everything she says is true. Do you still support the K nomination?
I personally think this whole thing is a joke, but it is a difficult question that I have posed to myself. I'd like to think I am a much different person than I was when I was 16 or 17 years old. Also, lets me clear that sexual assault is not rape. I feel like this whole charade is equating the two, which is nonsense. I believe I would still support his nomination.

She has proved zero proof that Kav did this. I think she is believable watching the testimony, but she has zero proof. All Kav can do is say I didn't do what she is accusing me of.

That is possible. I was under the impression that sexual assault was an action that would cause someone to reasonably anticipate rape or some other over sexual act and not the act itself. Similar to the differences between assault and battery.

she had never gone public with her claims, they were purely rumors that she didnt talk about on record.
W authorized an official FBI investigation almost immediately, based on nothing but rumors, they interviewed Hill just 3 days later, on Sept 23, and Thomas just two days after that.
all of that was done confidentially btw, the story didnt break in the media until October 6, and Thomas has been on the Court for 27 years now.
the FBI has known about Fords claims for 15 days now, since Sept. 12, and the first media reports began two days after that.
now there are at least 3 claims against Kavanaugh, including outright rape, yet the GOP has still not tasked the FBI with looking into any of it, and the trump base thinks thats perfectly fine, they could give a frick, ive seen people on this very board saying that if those girls were in fact drugged and raped, its their own fault.
some of you need to take a serious step back and look at what youve become.

one of his accusers has worked for the Department of Justice, the State Department, and the U.S. Mint, shes had multiple security clearances, for a long time, but Im sure youll say shes not credible too
