You have yet to say anything of substance in this thread. What is your position exactly and why are you attacking posters in this thread?

It has to do with evidence, procedure, exhibits, their introduction and your complete misuse of legal terms. You think you are being clever...but you are making a fool of yourself. I’ll admit it is petty and nit picky on my part. But when a clearly ignorant poster has an inflated sense of intelligence, I can’t resist. Was that dumbed down enough for you?

Not at all. I said you “think” you’re clever. I told you it would be hard to dumb it down enough. I tried.

To omegaman66, "The City of London" which is the equivalent of the Vatican in England is where the power/money is!

I'm not clear on how the US can claim jurisdiction over actions taken abroad by a foreign national. I felt the same about Noriega. Maybe if we labelled the actions acts of war and tried them before a military tribunal but what duty does Assange have to abide by the US criminal code? (It would obviously be different if he committed acts within the US.)

For example I feel no obligation to follow any of the European bans on "hate speech" or "misgendering".

In all seriousness, this question needs to be answered. How can the us government extradite a foreign national to face criminal prosecution under us law?
