Blocking a PUBLIC ROAD hinders citizens their right to travel safely. Also, forcibly pulling citizens out of their vehicle constitutes an act of violence in which you should be allowed to defend yourself.

I just hate the hypocrisy ... where is the outrage that an unarmed woman was killed by police? Why didn't the cop shooter her in the leg? Why didn't he fire a warning shot? Why didn't the cops give the protesters room to express themselves?
