Did she comply with all officer instructions? I hear that's a reason they can shoot you with impunity. And that were just supposed to do anything they day when they day it.
Eta: no one should be getting killed by police officers. They've got too much leeway with lethal force. It's ridiculous

What George resisted arrest and got killed. Why I'd this place so inconsistent with their opinions? In that case the officer was just doing what he had to. In this one he'd a murderer. The hypocrisy and hyperbole here is strong with y'all today

Such bullshite. Burn a city down, it’s a peaceful protest. Enter the Capitol while cops open the doors for you, it’s an insurrection. Shoot an unarmed woman point blank with no warning, you’re a hero. Name this scum bag and let nature take it’s course.

I believe you have to separate the avenues of redress into the appropriate 2 categories. There's been discussion of the civil and it's steeper climb, but there's also the criminal. Is there also a natural inclination to find most use of lethal force justified, or in the case of excessive force claim a finding of the lack of excessive force, there are cases that go against the LEO, i.e. Chauvin being the most prominent here lately.
IMO the Babbitt use of lethal force was a clear cut case unjustified use of deadly force. Lethal force is the tip of the pyramid in the use of force continuum and clearly states lethal force is only justified in the case of immediate threat of death or great bodily harm. Immediate. Full stop. Not "a Congressman was up the hall and around the corner," not "trespassing on federal grounds is a special case allowing more lenient justification." Immediate threat of death or great bodily harm.
I can't imagine how anyone in their right mind could even attempt to argue that that particular officer at that particular moment was even close to immediate threat of death or great bodily harm.

It really shows leftists don’t give a shite about unjustified police use of force and simply find that issue helpful for motivating voting blocs.

He didn't get "killed" he died from a lethal dose of Fentanyl. The officer did not contribute to his death, no matter how they responded ole George was going to die.

Before Jan 6 there were riots all over this country where the animals were basically left alone to steal whatever they wanted, burn businesses and murder people. Did any of this happen on Jan 6? No, not even close, so who is being a hypocrite?

We are talking radical left marxists. There is no such thing as justice. Lie, steal, cheat, all is good. We are dealing with creatures that give snakes a good name. The history of marxism is a long bloody history of murder and we forget that at our own peril.

Agreed and agreed. The one thing they won't tolerate though is confrontational tone in tweets. Unacceptable. Lol

Why weren't social workers protecting the Capitol?

I don't know why we don't utilize the single meanest thing known to man, both at the Capitol for protection and hell in Afghanistan against the Taliban too. No not a Grizzly Bear, not a wolverine, not even an Orca or Great White. I'm talking about a Donald Trump tweet.

Agreed but he decided to stay pretty silent for a while there.major tactical blunder

I suppose he was too busy following the dem playbook seeing as how, for those who weren't actively encouraging it, they were "staying silent" as rioters burned cities for four straight years and also "stormed muh Capitol" to disrupt the Kavanaugh confirmation hearing among other "mostly peaceful" atrocities...

Why are you? I mean, you had no issues torching cities, gang jumping and killing people when a woman robbing, career criminal was put down or a rapist piece of shite was shot after brawling with cops?
So why aren't you out burning down mom and pop jewelry stores over the shooting ofna woman who did exactly what leftists did during the Kavanaugh confirmation hearing - which was enter the Capitol?
Talk about hypocrisy, you gender benders can't take one step without tripping over your own...
