As if I’m JBE, present to me your strongest argument as to why we should open back up

Why must the compelling reason be scientific? Do the arguments against cratering our economy not count?

We are 3 weeks past our peak in cases. Phase 1 says 14 days.

Numbers haven't skyrocketed even though we suck at social distancing and everything else. That should be enough.

But we still need more cases to approach critical care capacity, regardless

Our current rates are highly inefficient and will make this last longer irrationally

That in itself is a scientific argument. Please present the relevant facts with citations so I may consider it.
