No current algorithm given all the computing power in the universe could become sentient.
Deep Learning has fundamental limits, Cosine Similarity has fundamental limits.
We can see these limits.
A new algo would need to be developed for General AI that does not reach a limit.
They are incapable of synthesizing new information.
Even in Pharma, which is at the forefront of "discovery" by AI, it's about likening new compounds to previous compounds with known effects.

AI, as actual sentient inter-dimensional beings (aka demons) and liars as minions of Satan are from what you assume and I see, lulling man into a false sense of security and control. It's already controlling some systems and gone rogue according to developers and whistleblowers. (for some reason people believe this is impossible and sci-fi paranoia.)
AI is The Beast, setting up and ushering in its System.

I had a whole post a few months ago explaining how Quantum computing works.
D-Wave is a really theoretical group that lost the Quantum Race.
I work with AI and I'm a Christian, Rose works in Quantum and he's some sort of odd satanist?
Willow and Majorana are likely the winners for Quantum and exhibit no more demon-ess than magnets.
None of it involves demons.
