It’s our NCO Corps that in the past has made our military superior to nations like Russia who relies too much on senior officers, be nice if we return to that posture

There is a story about one of our Naval Replenishment ships overseas. A Fast Attack Oiler. I don't want to post the story because I am hoping it isn't true and IMO would make a target. So why post it?
