Oh well Holy shite

Cutting your dick off and folding some scraps into a fake vag is completely normal and should be promoted then, not one ounce of effort to talk a 12 year old out of it.

Any “data” that promotes the sexual butchery and the chemical castration of minors is serving a monstrous ideology.

So a person who had a sex assignment at birth, which happens around 1 in 4000 live births, has no recourse for a decision made by a medical team? The data for structural DSDs extremely alarming, yet the person with 46XY cloacal exstrophy should have no recourse? Similarly, a person with 46XY CAIS has no recourse? Nor would a person with 46XX CAH?

No. I am discussing the mutilation of fully functional sexual organs on young people born with normative heterogametic or homogametic sex markers.

Well, if the data is right, this group will have physiologic and genetic markers that make them no different than those with genetic mutations at AR or SF genes. That these people can have neurobiology that resembles their desired rather than assigned genders means that the issues are embryological, and without treatment or prevention along those lines, whatever treatment course that will be decided will be reactive. That there is a functional effect makes them, in practice, no different than those with karyotypic DSDs, because in both cases, it would be caused by neuroendocrine imbalance. That the difference rests on the fact that we know the cause of one set, and can't pinpoint the precise cause of the other, but can see it has the same physiologic, anatomic, and psychological effects makes it difficult to argue that you should exclude one group from allowing to choose how they present, but allowing the other to choose how they present.

Be that as it may, you are leaving the field of science and entering into the field of sociology with that argument. Regardless of how a person chooses to “present,” biologically determined sex in humans is not mutable. The fact remains that no person born with a male chromosome has ever “transitioned” into a person with a female chromosome (or vice versa.)
