It's amazing to me that you would actually come on here and defend the abortion that is our electoral system. 3rd world countries have a more efficient system of counting votes than we do. This never happened decades ago with less people and worse technology. That you would come in this thread and defend it is sad but not surprising.

Yes, any election that is decided after 4 days by a margin of a few hundred votes out of hundreds of thousands cast is very likely illegitimate.
Simply because it’s a close race and takes a few days to count it’s likely illegitimate? Wow

Dude, it's Friday and we still don't know. Lots of space for frickery. AZ elections are shite.
No, we knew months ago. If Lake lost she was going to say it was rigged. No one can seriously dispute that. And yes, Arizona elections are embarrassingly inept.

Less people means easier to count everything.
We also didn’t have mass mail voting.

How accurate do you think our elections are? If someone wins a race by 1 vote out of 5 million cast, do you think that's legitimate? No one miscounted a single ballot? Or had an illegal ballot accidentally counted? Even if there was no concious effort to create a fraudulent election result, what we see out of many states guarantees that there can be no confidence of the votes are within a tenth of a percentage of each other.
The fact that you can't even comprehend that makes you either very stupid or very disingenuous.

mean we always knew what would happen here. Lake loses, the election was rigged. If she won, it was fair. Rinse and repeat.
Just because you keep pushing this doesn’t make it true Obama light. Lake has called for election reforms in her state and one of the first things she will be working on. Even if she wins the shot taking place is shady as hell. Florida figured it out and ran one of the cleanest and efficient elections in the country.
So can AZ, NV, PA, WI, MI. You’re just a dishonest hack dismissing all of the “glitches and malfunctions”.

So I'm supposed to believe that someone who had a horrible campaign, and was too afraid to approach a debate is a winning candidate in AZ? I mean I already think people in the west lack moral fiber and common sense but damn.

Of course mistakes happen and races that come down to a few hundred votes should absolutely be recounted. That doesn’t make the election illegitimate.

Or that's exactly what it makes them.

It is how they got that close that matters.

Hobbs is a pathetic candidate and her refusal to debate was cowardly and telling to me about her ineptness. All I’m pointing out is we knew months ago if Lake lost she would state the election was rigged. I mean you had Trump acolytes bitching in Georgia two years ago that there was no reason to vote because their vote wouldn’t count. You think maybe that has something to do with why there are currently two democratic senators from Georgia?

There's a reason the French outlawed this 50 years ago. You and the rest of the leftists on this board seem to be the only ones ok with this abomination.

you disagree that most republicans vote in person while Dems prefer to vote by mail?
This was never the case before and now that covid has passed there is no reason for it to remain. Don’t try and act like it’s been this way forever and that Dems have always voted mail in. The surge is mail in is a recent phenomenon which coincides with some suspicious shite.

Get off your high horse Tin foil Karen. Republican controlled Maricopa Election Board is overseeing hand verifying hundreds of thousands of envelopes/signature/ballots.
And it’s been like this for almost 20 years since they started mail in voting and republicans never had an issue with it until a sore loser started crying:
quote:
Gates replied to that in an emailed statement on Friday night, calling the criticism “one more political stunt to try and distract us,” and noting that the county has averaged 12.5 days to post final election results in races since 2006.

What? Voting by mail was only done in any big numbers in only a few states before Covid. Now it’s done a lot more.

You never think there is no hanky panky but every post you mention there is no hanky panky . You don’t even believe that yourself anymore. You have to admit this seems so fishy.

That’s what is said. And it was primarily done by Republicans. Now you want us to believe millions of Dems across every state have adopted mail-in as some kind party platform? Sorry, I don't believe that for a damn second.
