If the people decide someone should be executed, they are executed and no law against capital punishment can stop that. If the people decide that a person or company’s assets should be seized, again, the fact that this requires tearing up the law book is irrelevant,”
When you hear leftists call our country a Democracy that is a code word for Communism.

The benefit of democracy is supposed to be that there's an accountability on the part of the government that's absent in authoritarian countries. The problem is that's completely gone now. Our government has plunged millions into poverty with lockdowns, continued massively unpopular wars (and started new ones!) and half of it encouraged the largest rioting in US history. Yet now they want *your* sympathy and are putting on some ridiculous theater production instead of actually governing and helping Americans. Our government is really run by unelected bureaucrats and billionaires none of us know the names of and who are accountable to absolutely no one.
Genuine mob rule would be preferable to whatever demoralizing hybrid anarcho-tyranny BS we have ruling us now. A bunch Kamala Harris style DMV lady bureaucrats and super left wing trust fund kids with Harvard degrees backed by the force of the letter agencies and the most powerful domestic surveillance apparatus in history.
