But I’m not scared of the virus, I’m scared of society’s reaction to it, especially government responses. There is no telling how much a steak is going to cost me in a year or two.

I’m far more worried of the politicians and their enablers working to take away our humanity and our rights than I am a virus that kills the elderly and immunocompromised. I detest how it has been exploited to usher in an era of communism as TigerAxeOK already mentioned. Call me conspiratorial but none of the last two years has been coincidental. The world is ushering in a new post America era and China will be leading it.

Meh.. My family tested positive this week after Christmas family gathering with in laws last weekend. Son, Daughter in law, Wife and I (no pics) all tested positive this week. Only one other person tested positive at gathering out of about 25 people. Everyone was fully vaccinated. I've had worse colds than this. Just sucks I lost taste and smell.
