When I lived in Singapore (and ran a company in China), stuff like this was regularly derided by the rest of Asia. Got so bad the PRC government had to start issuing PSA's about how to handle yourself when you travel overseas.

It's Japanese characters but it doesnt make sense. Like Im assuming its trying to say "Cat or dog" but it says "Cat of Dog". So i guess it is a chinese trying to translate to japanese
