Arab ‘Migrants’ Charged With Child Rape in Utah

A pair of foreign males unleashed into the U.S. by the Biden regime have been charged with raping children in Utah.

The suspects, both 18 years old, were arrested in Salt Lake County on June 24, but the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) just provided Border Hawk with key details about their immigration backgrounds.

On that day, a Murray Police Department (MPD) officer approached a suspicious vehicle at a local park and observed two people quickly getting dressed inside, according to arrest documents reviewed by ABC 4.

The officer found several “used condoms” outside the vehicle and began questioning an adult male and 13-year-old female who stated they had been having sexual relations.

The child told the officer her 13-year-old friend had just left the area with another adult male after they had engaged in sexual activity in the same car.

The officer arrested Yousef Muzin Yousef at the scene and his friend, Ali Odai Emad, was taken into custody a short time later.

“I’ll be honest, I was having sex; is that illegal here, like in the park?” Yousef asked the officer while be transported to MPD headquarters.

The girl who was with Yousef was taken to a local hospital for a forensic examination during which she stated she had been coerced into having intercourse against her will and that it was her first time.

The men admitted that they knew the girls were underage, but Emad claimed his victim had declined to engage in sexual activity with him.

However, Emad has since been charged with rape of a child and lewdness involving a child. Yousef is facing identical charges, along with a felony charge for sexual abuse of a child.

Both men were admitted into the U.S. by the Biden administration, apparently as minors, under circumstances that remain unclear.

DHS provided us with the following statement:

On June 24, 2026, the Murray Police Department arrested Yousef Muzin Yousef for the sexual abuse, rape, and lewdness involving a child. Yousef was admitted to the United States in 2022 under the Biden administration.

On June 24, 2026, the Murray Police Department arrested Ali Emad Odai Emad, for lewdness involving a child and sexual abuse of a child. Odai Emad was admitted to United States in 2023 under the Biden administration.

Authorities say Yousef and Emad used social media apps to meet underage girls and sexually abuse them, and are urging any other victims to contact MPD.
