Stats on all live sports?

Interesting article. It appears that 10% of subscribers to cable plan on cutting within the year.
Based off of that, it seems the NFL ratings aren't down. They're just flat.

Seems to be about the same case for NASCAR. At the first of the season I remember seeing one of the top five drivers, an older one that I can't recall the name, but he said his team was losing their major sponsor at the end of this season.
It could be that people finally realized that NASCAR sucks and their fans are a bunch of Moutain Dew swillin' hicks.

Interesting. Could you crunch the number s on how many NFL games aren't on the broadcast networks and only accessible via cable/satellite

Don't have the numbers but obviously ESPN is preparing itself for the changing business model. They are more than ready for the change. They can move broadcast over to ABC.
Like I said on page 2, it's Google, Netflix and tha Faceboks of the tech industry who are waiting on the sidelines that will become an industry force in broadcasting.
Nice problem to have if you are the NFL.

I believe ESPN only has Monday Night and a couple of playoff games..
Direct TV has the package with all games - Monday Thursday and playoffs

No it isn't. Ratings were going down before last season.

Nah, I wont waste my time. You're such a dick, there's no way you'll post the actual truth
LINK

Good God, you're stupid
The majority of NFL games are on broadcast TV. That doesn't require having cable, or a satellite package

Don't know about you but my DTV bill charges me about $10 a month to watch my local channels if I want the HD picture they are broadcasting so in essence, it ain't free
That’s your fault for getting fleeced
