Anyone know that status of the Douglass Mackey case?

I know he was convicted of the charge of "Conspiracy Against Rights" for memes on Twitter during the 2016 election. I'm just trying to find out if he has been sentenced or the status of his appeal. Google is not helping me out.

Found guilty but not sentenced yet. That’s all I can find.

All I know is that he is a political prisoner of the criminal Biden regime.
I'm pretty sure that Vivek pledged to pardon him.

This should go all the way up the ladder as a 1st amendment, but we will see

I guess the strategy is to hold him in jail for long as possible before sentencing. It's probably a delay tactic to slow the appeals process. They (DC feds) probably want to get the appeals case past the 2024 election to keep it out of the media, at least the right wing media.
