That picture is from an earlier incident. The Daily Mail (UK) published it. No shopping.
Notice she is wearing a hat and backpack and her scarf is over her nose. Also the follow through goes over her left shoulder with an open hand. He is pushing her because she is throwing bottles into the crowd. The punch was later when the ANTIFA line broke. It went over right shoulder with a closed fist.
Not the same.
ETA: The stockings on her arm are not torn either. And the person in the white shirt with the red stripe on the right would have blocked the video.
