This is along the lines of the idea that guns kill people. So we should ban guns.

My point is be critical of the correct operations and issues with industry in general. Don't sit here and blame it on a form of safe technology. Also the issues from the article I would most likely call preventable and negligence. I would not call it error.

A major problem with the industry right now is some of the small shitty companies that have nothing to lose carrying out the operations.
