I don't even need Q to know that. Remember when Trump tweeted that "Obama had my wires tapped. Sick guy." Remember that? Everybody and their mother came forward to say that Trump was batshit crazy for saying that. LESS THAN 30 DAYS LATER, enough evidence had come forward that poor Susan Rice, much like she had to do regarding Benghazi,had to go on one of the fake news networks and say, "Well yes, we did surveill Trump and others, but it was nothing unusual."
Hell, they had to change their story in LESS THAN A MONTH. I forget whether Rice was interviewed by Judy Woodruff or Andrea Mitchell (I get those 2 mixed up), but talk about a totally orchestrated interview, Nonetheless boosie, if you really care about learning the truth (which I seriously doubt) you should haul your cookies over to YouTube and watch that interview sometime. And keep in mind, less than 30 days earlier, everybody from Obama to Rice to Tapper had said it was a complete and total lie.
And to answer your original question one more time, so that you can't spin it later, this isn't all about Obama. It's also about people named Clinton, Comey, McCabe, Strzok, Page, Ohr, Weisman, Abedin, Yates, Brennan, Clapper, Lynch, etc., and should probably include some current politicians like Schiff and others, as well as many journalists, too.
It's hardly all about Obama, but he's clearly the biggest fish they're trying to protect.

i dont think this will end up on Obama's lap because he has two layers from this (Lynch/Comey) to protect him.
It will be tough to directly tie Obama to anything without access to Obama only communications - IE methods that ONLY the POTUS can use. The emails on HRC's server and Carlos Danger's laptop can not be proven to be from Obama. LL and comey can say they were directed from Obama but unless they have written communiques that are confirmed to be from Obama they cant prove that either. So the malfeasance in the FBI will stop at Lynch unless she can prove she was directed from Obama, which is highly unlikely.
That being said, it ir ironic how these FBI dickheads shroud themselves in integrity and "protecting the institution" of the FBI when all they are really doing is destroying it trying futilely to save their own asses.

has not actually happened, that is really speculation. if there is anything that ties directly to Obama it is the shenanigans in the Iran Deal because he is responsible for negotiating it and agreeing to its contents with the Senate confirming based on POTUS recommendations. But even that is probably not actionable because the crimes would have been committed in the execution of the treaty, not in the terms of the treaty
DOJ would need financial records or something showing that BHO profited from fraud that he directly participated in to actually tie him to all of this
The Clintons on the other hand are probably DOA because they direct the CF and that is ground zero for the money
