They went SJW lite in Season 2 and then backed off of it. Love the show!

The movements eat themselves.

Cobra Kai is diverse by yesterday's standards, but I'm guessing they've come up with ten new genders since then, so it's no longer PC.

Cobra Kai does have an inherently conservative message, straight from the 1980s, and that might be part of their problem.

My wife and I both got Covid on NYD. Feeling like crap but needing to get out of the bed we propped ourselves up on the LR sofa and looked for something entertaining and somewhat meaningless to watch. We found Cobra Kai on NF and binged watched the first season in about 2 days.

After we recovered we affectionately refer to it as "Covid Kai".

Whiteness or not... I love me some Covid Kai...

What is brilliant is that Cobra Kai addresses this by humorously juxtaposing the original movie universe with modern SJW culture.

These people are basically taking the bait.

It's insane that every institution and multinational corporation bends over backwards to pander to these people and give them every possible advantage and it's still not enough.

Because we are all products of our own life choices.

Our experience in life is directly correlated to the decisions we make of our own volition.

Some people are empowered by that and chart their own course in life. Others make shite decisions and cry foul on someone else when they reap what they sow and they aren't happy with the results.

I watched Cobra Kai until it got bought by Netflix.

There is no way I'm giving that company any more of my money...and because they do things like put Susan Rice on their board and partner up with the Obamas, Cobra Kai's days are probably numbered.
