I never said the suit is lawfare, though.
He asked "what's the motive" and wasn't clear on why. I gave 3 options for motivation, none of which reference "lawfare" in any way. In fact, 2 were non-legal entirely.

These medical organizations (AMA, AAP, etc) have been largely infiltrated by money-driven antiscience. Any action attaching a major cost to that BS is laudable.
