In his defense the OP never said Buddy was good, just that he was the last governor elected from NLA. Now that may have been what he was implying ( I don’t think it was), but he never outwardly said it.

Well that's different. If you are one if them than it's mostly OK. Much like blacks can call each other the N word but will bow up if someone else calls them that. However you use coonarse as an insult to Cajuns like our OP does than things could get messy
