That wouldn't explain losing every single court case but one, though.

Our voting system is held together with duct tape and baling wire underneath a rapidly dissipating veneer of public trust.

No judge wants to be the one who pulls the loose thread on the sweater.

Here is Liz Harrington reporting on the GA State election board. They are hearing the evidence from independent investigators. Recently the SEB was removed out from under the direct report of SOS. Janice Johnston moves to re-open a case regarding 20k votes from unsubstantiated ballots and this guy Chairman John Fervier says frick that we'll talk in private. Fervier was appointed by WEF cronie Kemp.

quote:

Dr. Johnston says the complaint has not been seriously investigated:

Fulton County still looking for documents
Exhibits not provided to the Board
SOS spread disinformation concerning ballot images and mislead Board regarding duplicates
Statute requires all parties to be heard

I wish they would have presented this in any of the 60+ lawsuits filed after the election!

Probably never got the chance because they"didn't have standing!"

and you are a lying alter.

Yes, Trump’s lawyers have lost dozens of election challenges in courts – but it’s rarely mentioned that he’s lost most of them “on the basis of procedure or process.” Of the thirty cases decided on merit, notes Fried, Trump won 22.

Tell us which of these cases were decided on the merits and not a procedural issue?

So the those tallies show right at 30,000 over-votes. Remind me again how many votes Trump lost GA by?

I conducted a poll on the 4th of July at the Bass Tiger BBQ blowout......100% of the people who participated believe the 2020 GE was rigged. The participants also believe Jotato is an installed president representing an illegitimate regime.

This^^^^ is as scientific as any poll you'll see conducted in the next 4 months.

I'm agreeing! But a procedural issue seems to indicate hiring the wrong lawyers.

Before the election: You can't have standing until harm is incurred.

After the election: you should have brought this to the court before the election.

No Standing.
