Has anyone tried the Mr. Robot app on Amazon Echo? That is some creepy shite. Just say, "Alexa, give me the daily five nine" and it will start off like some sort of meaningless marketing campaign. About 20 seconds in, it sounds like a fracking demon takes over. That's some creepy stuff right there.

Well, that was weird. Some techie at Amazon didn't have enough to do, apparently. I wonder if he still works there?

It’s a marketing campaign for Mr. Robot. They sprinkle in commercials through each episode that seem like they are part of the actual show. The Alexa products seem to be the shows biggest sponsor. The voice you heard is that of Mr. Robot. He/She is the figure head of a anarchist hacking group called F-Society. They frequently hack into communication outlets which is what was being simulated on the echo.
