You have made it clear in multiple threads that you do not like drag performers, and that is perfectly fine. Your observations about them and their proclivities may well be 100% accurate.

It also has zero bearing upon my assertion that parents should make these decisions for their children, rather than the State.

Given the outrage about storytime in the right wing media, I feel confident that any other inappropriate costumes would’ve had their share of articles and photos published online.

They have, you just haven't seen them.

You're no expert here. In fact, you are posting your very limited opinion as fact.

When it comes to bias, this thread and your posts are a masterclass in how to be biased at all cost.

You literally made up shite and posted it as fact.

I'm gonna need a link to that one, because if that's so, I certainly missed it.

Do you hold these same opinions on child sex trafficking?

In most states, the rules regarding admission to a venue which sells alcohol are very dependent upon a number of factors, not least of which is the percentage of sales which come from alcohol versus food.

That's pretty short sided to make this assumption and use it as fact as to why people under 21 are not allowed in drag/burlesque shows. Do you have some sort of statistic to back that up?

You are correct, and I was on the wrong track. My recollection about food sales related to licensing rather than sales. There is a different license if total sales are more than 60% foodstuff.

The admission of minors seems to be tied more-closely to the hassle for the business of making sure that minors are not drinking. It is just easier and safer to exclude them, rather than risking your license because they manage to get their hands on a drink and get caught by a TABC agent.

We share the same view. Imagine that.

However I don't take a few news articles and make my firm opinion based on them.

Different thread a few days ago.

We had a number of posters utterly convinced that a number of cartoons were an attempt to teach pagan religion to kids.

In fairness, most posters DID think that those folks were nuts. I was being sarcastic because the drag performer in question was basically wearing a very colorful Maleficent costume.

He made a definitive statement with absolutely nothing to back it up.
When we discussed the inappropriate costumes issue months ago, I ran multiple searches. I looked at pages and pages of results on a 27" monitor, and I saw exactly ONE drag performer at a storytime who was wearing a costume which resembled what Ooga posted as representing the norm.

I researched that performer and the circumstances surrounding the event, and I learned that the performer was removed from the premises and banned from future events.

I consider that to be fairly thorough. Feel free to differ.

But the progression to sexual abuse is ok as long as physical harm doesn't occur?

Even more ridiculous, he says his claims are valid because of the hundreds of stories NOT being reported by the Drag-friendly Manistream Media.

I mean according to Hank, if there were bad things happening at these events SOMEONE in the MSMedia would have reported it in a way where he were sure to come across it.

The next time AggieHank the idiot asks about "sources" for your information, tell him to go fk himself....

Thank you for admitting you are a complete partisan hack, liar and bullshite artist.

You are a hypocritical piece of shite who will question anyone who dares post from a news source YOU disagree with, yet we are expected to take your word for the validity of these sex shows.
