Sounds like stuff you see on TV where the Defense “accidentally” sent something to opposing council so they could get a retrial.

They might have did it on purpose, because they thought he was going to lose. His next defense team will know the strategy of the plaintiffs.

Don’t know anything about the law, but that could be a reason why they did it.

I can assure you that no lawyer who wants to remain a lawyer and/or wants to avoid a massive malpractice claim (that insurance would not cover) would do something like that on purpose.

Never attribute to malice what can be more easily explained by incompetence.

I am still hoping someone can tell me what "privilege" might have applied to these records.
Attorney-client privilege, I would suppose.

That clown was a decade out in front with setting off the sirens re: transhumanism.. AKA the end of humanity.

That alone secures his status of greatness in history. Better wake up & quit judging the fluff & focus the critical matter.

I think It has more to do with him lying about how much Infowars makes. I thought they got a default judgment and this is about damages.

How much you make is a factor.

Only if the original communication was between Jones and his attorney.

What if the attorneys asked him to supply them to him so they could review them? I mean on one hand, if that were privilege, defendants could preemptively, intentionally "leak" them, then claim privilege to prevent it from being entered into evidence; but on the other hand, if leaked evidence could be entered into evidence, or lead to fruit of a poisonous tree, then that could restrict defense strategies.

Jones is an entertainer, not an ideologue.

He's playing a part for $$

Clearly you see his as one of "yours" since you had to mount a whatabout defense of "your" team. Weird and Sad!

Doesn’t make the original documents or correspondence privileged

Leaking them doesn’t change anything.

Idk what strategy it would restrict. Unless they are to a spouse or an attorney most likely these texts would never be privileged.

That’s going to make the malpractice suit Jones files against them so juicy

Unfortunately for Jones that's a very high hurdle to clear

Fortunately for Jones, if there's anything that clears it, it's probably this.

Are Jones’ lawyers incompetent? Sound like it unless they did it on purpose.

Is Alex Jones right most of the time? Yes.

Was he wrong about Sandy Hook? Yes.

Did he kill the kids or did someone else do it? Obviously the shooter did it.

Does he deserve this treatment for simply expressing free speech? No.

It’s just a continuation of the deep state trying to silence him. What’s really sad is any parent of a dead kid trying to make money off of someone’s words that didn’t affect them. Jones wasn’t the shooter.

Does Diet Force really work? He claims to have lost 40 pounds on it, but he's still very fat.

Generally speaking, defendants may be reluctant to provide evidence to their defense attorneys if they are concerned they may be mishandled.

Alex’s words affected parents? They didn’t even know who he was and never listened. They were affected by the shooter not Alex Jones.

What's funny is that you think playing innocent and trying to obviously subvert my post is a good strategy. But hey, if your audience is the Left, then you will probably get applause from the clapping seals, as they don't care about how weak your argument is.
