It's really not unfair at all. I drive a lot for work and will listen to liberal XM radio for shits & giggles and the guy is terribly inarticulate. His mistakes are more the norm than not.

The video was hilarious and probably the same strong arm tactics he and his fellow race hustler, "Rev." Jesse Jackson, use to get everything they want. Although in this case he's dealing with MSNBC, so the tactics probably weren't required.
