He most certainly did not live in the neighborhood and he had every intent to rob.

Or was he just "perusing the isle"? maybe doing some "due diligence" on a future house in the neighborhood he and his wife (oops he's a single father) were looking to buy? Or perhaps just "Strolling" through a construction sight (nothing to see here)? Just wandering about, not in jogging clothes, mind you. Yeah he's a decent guy.

At the very least he deserved to be escorted out in cuffs, and the nice gentlemen who are now having to deal with ruined lives, what about them?
