Georgia created a nearly unworkable law with their citizens arrest legislation, blame the state.

Not really.
Law isn’t hard to follow. Baws just chose to break the law.

Fact: Georgia allows for citizens arrest by persons immediately aware of a felony.
Fact: Arbery was trespassing and stupid rednecks were immediately aware
Fact Trespassing with intent to steal is a felony is Georgia
My recollection is failing after a year, but I believe one of the stupid rednecks knew Arbery and his previous felonious behavior from his work with the pd.
Unknown: Whether stupid rednecks could have reasonable believed Arbery had intent to steal.
Fact: The state of Georgia created a law where two parties could both reasonably believe they were acting within their rights and the law and wind up in a violent situation
There you go.

Completely false.
So yea the rest of your post is irrelevant

It is known because he'd already left the construction site and didn't steal anything.

No it’s not. They did not see him in the construction site on that day. Please stop lying.
They didn’t even know AA was in their neighborhood until he ran past them.

No it's not.
Just because he didn't find anything valuable doesn't mean he didn't intend to steal.
Don't be a clown.

It also doesn't mean he did. You able to read dead people's minds or something?

Hopefully they die in prison for their crimes.
I'd rather someone shove a loaded gun in their face and then pull the trigger if they flinch.

According to leftists he would still be dead. They are being hunted on the streets, remember?
I’m talking a specific incident.
Not political beliefs.

A jury is going to have to decide.
I think it's unlikely they will side with the rednecks and I think that's a reasonable conclusion.

Very valiant these poor people just trying to stop crime.
By committing a crime themselves.
If a cop wouldve been on scene, the cop would not in any case reacted the way those people acted.
"If"
Cops had arrested arbery several times already, yet here he was, committing another burglary and attacking (again), good people trying to stop him.

Fair enough and I agree.

they will see him raise a shotgun at a guy

Thanks for proving my point.
A cop wouldn’t have killed him.
These dumb fricks deserve to be in jail.

Chuck thinks defending yourself when you’re being held up by thugs is illegal lmao
