good gosh i'll just have to repeat this forever

a woman never has the right to murder a baby merely for the sake of convenience.

why doesn't the baby get the right to not be murdered? i still have never gotten an answer to that question from the "enlightened" progressives.

No, please don't

Let this thread rest in peace. It had ended so well before you came here with your 10 posts of anger

The majority of the country does not feel this way.

this is a rhetorical fallacy called ad populum. the majority is not always right. in this case, the law is clearly, morally wrong and philosophically flawed

You advocate people not dealing with the consequences of their decisions.
What a pile of horseshite. What place does that have in a discussion about abortion? Answer me that.

It's just a red herring devised by absolutists who oppose all abortions because they have run out of argument based on critical thinking.

That's why you use it.

I have good news. That's already illegal. Sleep easy.

Better than you. Probably better than just about everyone on this site. Lay out personhood as it relates to biology. This should be fricking priceless.

Also, do you understand grammar at all?

Show me something of substance to reply to, and we'll get to it.

All you do is run your mouth and talk about logical fallacies you heard in college but never truly understood.

when does the fetus become a human being?

it is a person from the moment of conception. my gosh how do people not know this?
Your problem is that you think it's an easy question, because you need an easy answer.

What is a human being? Emphasis on the being part.

I have never seen a convincing argument that choosing "fertilization" for the vesting of rights is any more moral OR objectively-sound than any other, later point in time
yes you have because i gave it to you in the challenge thread.

1. since it is a person, the baby has the right not to be murdered from the moment of conception. you have NEVER proven otherwise.

2. even if it is questionable, we should err on the side of caution until we know for sure one way or the other. the pro murdery people have nowhere near a consensus on when the appropriate time is. hell, YOU don't even know using YOUR OWN criteria.

no reasonable, rational, objective person can analytically or epistemically disagree with those 2 points with any halfway cogent argument. the best you came up with is MUH PREGNANCY BURDEN

Start with the physical structure of a tree versus that of a human adult.

Let me know when you have that sorted.
