The court’s opinion in the case stated, “on January 19, 2017, Cernovich, an independent blogger and self-described ‘popular political journalist,’ moved to intervene, seeking to unseal the summary judgment record, and Dershowitz joined his motion. On April 6, 2018, after the case had settled, the Herald moved to intervene and unseal the entire docket. The District Court granted each of these motions to intervene, but denied the related requests to unseal in orders entered November 2, 2016, May 3, 2017, and August 27, 2018, respectively.”

Remember the slush fund? I do. And I'll never forget it.

The media's silence and complete lack of interest in that story was deafeningly telling.

The slush fund that went radio silent after a few days’ reporting was a major red flag.

The only true bipartisan effort we’ve seen in decades, covering up the sex slush fund

Exactly

We should start a political movement to unseat every incumbent until the slush fund is stopped and the names are revealed.

I really hope that story sees it's time in the spotlight.

I'll never forget that, either. Lyin' Paul Ryan covered that up. Ryan did come out a year later and say, "We've discontinued that."

WTF? Why didn't you unseal the records, Paul? Why did you decide to retire, Paul? What a lying little Establishment scumbag Paul Ryan was and is.

I was listening to a Coast to Coast Am repeat this morning, and in one of the segments, a guest was speaking about the pervasiveness of pedophila in the highest branches of government around the world.
She claimed the scope is vast and the citizens would be shocked and incapable of accepting how expansive it is if revealed.

How do you like all those female freshman Representatives who were righteously indignant about sexual harassment, but who haven't uttered a word about the slush fund?

It's beyond parody now that lefty journalists are acting like Cern doesn't exist and they are the reason for the latest charges.

Interesting that Dershowitz, one of the accused, would want the records unsealed.

I like it. Primary them or vote third party if you can't get behind the opposition, but throw the bums out.

In fact....Tiger Droppings is big enough to get it rolling. Someone can set up throwthebumsout.org if it's not taken. Have links to every incumbent and information on their district so everyone knows which seats should be targeted using which strategy.

Get Reddit and the chans on board too.

A week ago he was tweeting that everything was handled by the book.

Not just the media.

When nothing was done about is when I KNEW that Speaker Ryan was a swamp creature of the highest order.

It wouldn't take long to find those who had dipped into the slush fund and those who haven't.

The innocent would back this proposal. The guilty would make excuses about "dangerous ramifications" and other bullshite.

Either way, the proposal alone would show who's clean and who's filthy.
