President Trump will, GOPe will still fumble and frick it up. GOPe is still living in the 1980s.
You'll still see more and more people of color and minorities realize Dems have only relied on them for votes but rarely if ever follow through.
Remember it was President Clinton who signed the crime bill that got a lot of African Americans locked up for stupid crap. Remember it was Clinton who initiated Don't Ask Don't Tell and the Defense of Marriage Act.
The Republican Party has been the party that ended slavery, the party that supplied votes to get civil rights actions through, and much more. I'm aware there are racist scum like David Duke in the GOP but most sane and rational conservatives know that the nation state succeeds when everyone is working to provide for themselves. The welfare state cannot continue to exist.
