Maybe in the recent interview posted in the OP. But here’s a 2017 video of him saying he was in possession of evidence that was more than circumstantial. He said that exact thing many times in interviews and never provided the evidence he claims

We were hearing about these allegations against Gaetz years ago... he is one of the most hated people by the establishment and liberal legacy media... If there was ANYTHING to those allegations, he would have been prosecuted years ago. They probably monitor all his communications, internet activity etc... and nothing.
