No one cares about the court battle. It’s worth far more rooting them out of their mahogany foxholes for the time being. shite will get done in the interim.

It's pretty significant for the judgment of the decision making involved.
This looks to be another embarrassing illegal move out of aggression (to sell to the emotional muh fight types) that will ultimately backfire.

Correct. They can enjoy the next 3 years of fighting in the courts

You don’t even see what’s happening which is completely unsurprising.
Trump has a plan. It’s not run by lawyers. It’s run by the opposite of lawyers. That’s why he’s gotten more done in a week than government does in months.

The great thing about Trump is that he’s had plenty of experience telling lawyers, “Thank you. We will take that into consideration.”

It appears to be violation of civil service laws.

Until the EOs survive, nothing net has been done.
His first admin had a lot of failure in this exact area due to what you're celebrating here.

And his first admin took L after L for just this bad decision making

You’re in a stage called “denial.”

It's not shocking that you don't understand what's actually being discussed

You going to run from this thread like the Colombia thread?

No. It's simple pattern identification
Tell me again, was DACA repealed?
Or was the repeal thrown out because it was done procedurally incorrectly, yet aggressively?

Replying to @WesternLensman
Pro tip: In a free country, it's a terrible idea to use government power to persecute your political opponents, because sooner or later they will be back in power.

I'm not
I'm saying if you want Trump to actually be effective, you want him to do things the right way. I thought he had learned his lesson after his first administration but it appears he has not

First - any administration would’ve done this. If there were four prosecutors at DOJ who had made it their mission in the last four years to put every progressive activist in jail that they could put in jail including taking a run at Biden, he would’ve fired them and the media would have said “That makes sense.” And there wouldn’t have been a peep out of you.

You’re litigating on a football message board an issue that is not currently relevant even while plans fly taking criminals back to Central and South American countries.
