don't get me wrong if democrats had control it's not like they'd want fair sensical districts either. There is a reason is so hard to unseat some of these incumbents.
The system having the elected set the rules for how votes count going forward is a problem. We need to find a better answer to how the districts are setup than what we have today plain and simple.
