”Texas Gov. Greg Abbott accuses Biden administration of cutting razor wire at border: 'Opening the floodgates'“

It’s time for Gov. Abbott to charge the feds with treason, per the Texas Constitution:

quote:

Sec. 22. TREASON AGAINST STATE. Treason against the State shall consist only in levying war against it, or adhering to its enemies, giving them aid and comfort;

Fox News

quote:

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott accused the Biden administration of recently cutting razor wire that the Lone Star State had installed in Eagle Pass.

The comments were made as Texas officials continue to spar with the White House over the migrant crisis at the Southern border. Abbott made the announcement Wednesday evening.

"Texas installed razor wire in Eagle Pass to stop illegal crossings," Abbott explained on X, formerly known as Twitter. "Today the Biden Admin CUT that wire, opening the floodgates to illegal immigrants."

"I immediately deployed more Texas National Guard to repel illegal crossings & install more razor wire," the Republican governor added.

Until they start arresting the feds that are doing this, nothing changes.

They need to be arrested, brought before a local hanging judge, and held without bail for a trial in 2025.

arresting the feds

Arrest the order-givers - it is their responsibility to correctly interpret the constitutional conflicts.

any worker who refuses to obey an constitutionally uncertain order should not be sanctioned.

nor should any low-line worker who obeys his supervisor unless the constitutional violation is abundantly clear to the 'common man.'

We cannot get in the business of arresting people on 'constitutional issues' unless the violation is CLEAR and unArguable ( and even when the 'crime' is unarguable, there is still the mens rea requirement to be proven.

The order givers only have power because people are willing to take orders. Arrest those cutting the razor wire for destroying public property or whatever other charge they can think of. Go the democrat route and completely destroy their lives with every charge imaginable. Eventually people will stop taking orders

Abbott should send the bill to FedGov...

This is what it is going to take but why did it take Abbott so long to get to this point?

I mean I hear you about adhering to the letter of the law, but honestly, they aren't so why are we hamstringing ourselves when the rules we're trying to play by are no longer the rules of the game?

Arrest them ALL. Including the poor saps that got sent down there with illegal orders. Because until the bureaucrats in the federal government start taking a personal hit to them and their lives, that leviathan isn't turning course.

Look, they've got themselves completely protected from the top down, but if you make the foundation of that pyramid quit, the whole thing collapses. Would you want to stay employed by them if you knew you were going to end up arrested by the states? Or worse? All you have to do is make every one of the worker bees enabling this shite lose confidence in their future as a representative of the Federal Government and quit. When they no longer go to work, you've won.

It hasn’t. Texas has been fighting the Fed Gov on this for a long time. Everything Texas does to prevent the invasion is thwarted by the Feds. There have been articles for years about things Texas has tried but people keep asking what Abbott is doing.

Cutting the wire that allows unrestricted access to an invasion force seems abundantly clear as a violation of the nation's sovereignty. They wouldn't do the same thing if the Bureau of Prisons said to cut holes in all the fences surround a prison. Why would they think it's ok to do it at the border?

He has; they’re down there now.
And it’s costing Texas taxpayers $millions a week … to protect the US BORDER.

Hold them without bail for months and months just like the D.C. SOBs did on Jan 6th and of course lets show them the worse jails in Texas.

American patriots in affected states can play the Dem little games too
