i think this is actually a scam designed to separate from their money, nothing has been zoned yet, no permits issued and one of the promoters behind it is running an illegal cemetery.

Surprised at the reactions. No way this is legal and happening.
If allowed, then every property owner in this country will say, "I can do whatever I want on my property regardless of what local/state/federal laws dictate.
For what it's worth, I'm absolutely sick of religion.
