California rejected 0.6% of signatures during the presidential election. That is for every 1,000 ballots sent in, 6 were rejected.

With the recall effort the rejection number is 19.8%. For every 1,000 signatures, 198 are rejected. A swing of unbelievable magnitude. Now why would that be? In four months!

From the 2020 Election -
quote:

The low rejection rate for absentee ballots in 2020 defied predictions, as late as August 2020, that nearly a quarter of absentee ballots might be rejected, based on the experience of mail-in voting during primary elections.

We have to get more involved. We all sat back and let the loons take over.

Funny how "curing" ballots was all the rage in 2020. Those ballots got the Albert Schweitzer treatment.

Not so much anymore. Now they're actually trying to match and authenticate signatures.

Because every ballot counts when it benefits a Democrat but a recall, now that is some serious stuff especially when going after a Democrat. Must check that closely.

You know of course, if it were a Republican governor they would accept signatures from Elmer Fudd, Wile E Coyote and Yosemite Sam.

This is what happened when the lefty nutjobs tried to recall Walker in Wisconsin in 2011. There was no vetting whatsoever regarding what signatures were allowed to stand.

I expect newsome can survive the election since he’s so popular then. Why would you want to disenfranchise them?

Well, they all live in California. I am sure they are registered voters and are the smartest of the libs.

That's exactly how many votes were procured during the 2020 election. Van full of ballots being filled out in a parking lot in Nevada.

"Democracy in the Park" in Madison (basically ballot harvesting):

Ah, yes..."Fraud in the Park." An event sponsored by the PedoJoe and HeelsUp campaign, which is expressly forbidden in Wisconsin election law, yet allowed to proceed by the Wisconsin Election Commission--the same group that prevented Kanye and the Green Party candidates from being on the November ballot.

Serious question: does a recall petition follow the same procedures as an actual election?

Also, why would California of all states need to do this?

I give you credit. You're impressively stupid, and equally indignant.
