but are you seriously asking how a sitting President of the US would know that his immediate Predecessor would be charged? For a crime(s) that the entire planet knew he specifically was being investigated for?
vs a President not knowing the names of exactly who (random citizens) would be named in an ongoing investigation? I mean what are the odds Trump even knew any more than a small fraction of the charged names before they were even charged?

Amazing to me that a loser that posts nonstop on the poliboard had no posts on the political board or the election board between 11/2/2020 and 1/7/2021.

That wasn't even what got him time. He was already ordered not to be at the Capitol. Without that prior order, he doesn't serve any time.
That's not accurate.
He was forbidden from using "loud, threatening, or abusive language, or to engage in any disorderly or disruptive conduct, at any place upon the United States Capitol Grounds."
