There's not a chance in hell that the EU would give him what he wants, so he's for leaving the EU.

That surprises me too. France is a world leader in nuclear power.

Maybe unions have something to do with it? Like Thatcher took on the coal miners.

It's 'dangerous' ("this accident illustrated the dangerousness of this energy and the necessity to consider a progressive and well-thought-out exit from nuclear power" - source - original in French) and the state energy company (EDF) is losing a shite-ton of money.

One of the lesser-known skirmishes between Le Pen and Macron is over a proposed nuclear power plant in Somerset, England. The plant is being built with EDF, and Le Pen wants out of the contract. Macron, however, doesn't.

the abandonment of nuclear power

France gets 75% of its electricity from Nuclear power. They are the 2nd largest exporter of electricity in the world. It doesn't even generate greenhouse gasses.

They went all in on Nuclear reactors back in the day and it paid off with absurdly cheap electric power for the country.

Along with jacking up taxes for corporations this is the sort of thing you'd expect to see from someone like Hillary Clinton.

Then they are wrong, he is against it.

Maybe there is a confusion with his plan to help students.

You forgot to add in that all the ther candidates aside from Le Pen want to continue to flood the country with immigrants.

Under scandals you forgot to also add that our CIA along with other IC across the globe were entrenched in influencing the outcome of the 2012 race and you can probably guess that they will be doing the same this race.

I changed it. But, again, it was in Le Monde, which I read, in French, daily.

Should I also add that Le Pen is literally being funded by Russia? And not 'Trump Russia', but 'here is Le Pen at the bank in Moscow'?

I found your post to really informative and full of detail. It's pretty obvious you have a bias against Le Pen. Im not going to argue with you about that. I simply just pointed out a few things that you could have added to make it more balanced.

Also you never answered my question about the CIA you just deflected to another topic.
