There is no such thing as "conservative populism." There are people on the right embracing populism, a.k.a. the Woke Right.
But "conservative" means you adhere to conservative principles. Populism only adheres to one principle. Us vs Them.
And it's necessarily collectivist, which basically means that it's inherently socialist.
