You seem to be trying to get people to either admit that he had elite training or that these guns can be used by anyone to start killing.Once one tries to get people to admit things, they are trying to score points. It seems... like you are not convinced that the left has a problem in generating a specific LBGTQ shooter.
Most people who own bolt action rifles are the types of people who protect others.
Again very very few deaths are caused by rifles of that type.
Like a car, these tools can be used to kill people, but their primary purpose is hunting.

If he had shot with it before, knew how to work it and the scope was zeroed, then it's very easy.
