That guy on X was lying, and despite your questionable sources, Somalians, with their average IQ of 68 (wll below the retard cut off of 75) are the most successful group of immigrants to ever come to the USA, and only 15% of them are on some form of Government assistance. Better than even Asians, who have an average IQ of over 100.

I do 100% disagree with your defense and 15% statistic. That is an impossible number based on every other consideration. I do think he has a better shot at being correct in saying the average Somalian could be on welfare for the entire time they are here and everything I found while searching supports that.
