Nope. I didn’t say they would be charged with anything or that anyone would have ever been convicted of anything.
But any person ever engaging in such behavior has in fact violated the law. At the very least they lied under oath when sworn in as a juror.

I feel like we have a failure to understand the difference issue here. I also notice two people downvoted a statement of fact "its hard to find recent examples of jury nullification". This all points to an ignorance issue.
I'm not for jury nullification in most cases. I'm just pointing out that the article is total clickbait and the option is always there and never used. When I asked google it couldn't find a real example of jury nullification in high profile cases recently.
