The entire point of filing a WB report is to gain protection
But this person has ALREADY interviewed with the IG, which ALSO entitles you protection
So why he need to file the report about info already in the first report?

I want to make a whistleblower report about Hillary having top secret documents on a home server she kept in the basement. I’ve also been told by people that she destroyed emails and smashed cell phones
