It looks like he is addressing what everyone's previous concern was.
Yet the 2027 allocation was still maxed out. Nothing has changed. We will still have Indians taking American jobs
Not sure why this is so hard for you to grasp

This thread is about the 87% reduction in H-1B applications. Not about F1 or whatever else you want to talk about. I'm not sure why that is so hard for you to grasp.

And apparently he isn't satisfied with seeing the applications drop by only 87% and is proposing we double the application fee to 200,000 dollars.
Looks like it.

Until we curb that, this does nothing really other than get tards who don't read beyond the headline excited and make indians take one more step to get here
It's a step in the right direction, but of course, people must complain because it wasn't solved perfectly on the first step.
Trump is the best president on immigration we've ever had, but even that isn't enough to give him time to operate without complaining.
You guys complain so much that a person who doesn't live politics will think he has done nothing. That pushes them to vote for the other party, the one that literally flew in illegals on our dime.
Trump is slowly improving the system, but you'd rather complain so much that you push people away from the only party that will give us something we want.
