Operation Elder Son for cartels? I think that's close to the Vietnam operation where special forces seeded North Vietnamese ammo dumps with bullets that exploded their guns when fired.

I am more interested in those hundreds of millions of rounds that the Obama administration had the Departments of Education, Postal, NOAA, etc. purchase. I tried for the entire Trump administration to try to find out where they went to absolutely no avail.

They haven't been handing out ammo to us at the VA where I work.
