Reagan fired 11,359 air-traffic controllers in 1981striking in violation of his order for them to return to work.
Trump needs to do the same.....screw this "Cop-type" on leave with full benefits and pay. Civil Service never seems to have consequences.

Hurry up with your analysis and fire these pussies. Insubordination gets plenty of people fired from their jobs, let alone Unconstitutional obstruction.

They will be fired. This is just going through the steps.
Due Process and all. You know they'll sue otherwise. Probably still will.

It's their last "vacation" they'll take employed there. They gone.

Paid vacation” is cheaper than firing them like they make $10 flipping burgers and wouldn’t sue your arse for wrongful termination. Now you have time and legal fees tied up bc you don’t know the game.
Not to blow off what you're saying. It's true, and has a lot of merit.
I don't know enough about this agency, to know if they have employment clauses like we do. Or, such as in many states, they can be terminated simply by employer discretion.
I looked up who USAID answers to. The Secretary of State. Who is now Marco Rubio.
This could be interesting to see how he handles the matter, if it becomes necessary for him to do so.

The civil service laws in this country need to be changed. No where can an employee who is bad or marginal be guaranteed to keep their job.

we have placed a number of USAID employees on administrative leave with full pay and benefits until further notice
This is the problem with trying to get rid of federal workers
